THIBAUT ROUFFIAC

Lawyer of the College of Lawyers of Paris, registered since 2003 and of the College of Madrid since 2010, he studied at the Sorbonne University with exceptional qualifications.

He holds a master’s degree in commercial law and business administration.

In 2007 the number one was released in the prestigious competition of the Conference of the Bar Association of Paris, practicing the profession of criminal lawyer.

Currently, he is a specialist in general criminal law (crimes against public health, criminal gangs, fraud …) and economic criminal law (corporate crimes, tax fraud, money laundering …), with particular relevance in criminal proceedings, the criminal jurisdiction is more complex.

He acquired a high degree of specialization in criminal procedural law, having obtained the nullity of the procedure in complex proceedings.

He is bilingual French-Spanish, he also speaks English and Italian.
